Each year teachers select a professional text to read and investigate deeply in order to enhance our professional understanding and practice. Teacher-led study groups have built our history as a school and guided our instructional decision-making.

I'm excited to explore a new way to keep the conversation going between our face to face TAR meetings. It will be interesting to reflect on this process, as well as on the text we have chosen!
